Refund Policy

1. In one paragraph

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on any Qadbak Premium license, provided your license key has not been activated on a server. If you have activated it, you have already received the digital service and the EU right of withdrawal is, by law, lost — but we may still refund at our discretion if the panel didn't work for you. Just email us and we'll be reasonable.

2. EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country with equivalent legislation, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, without giving a reason. Article 9, EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

You can use the model withdrawal form available from your national consumer authority, or simply send us an unambiguous email — "I withdraw from purchase #XXXX" is enough.

3. Digital-content exception (important)

Under Article 16(m) of the same Directive, the right of withdrawal is lost as soon as the supply of digital content has begun, provided the consumer gave express prior consent and acknowledged that the right is lost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used. Once we initiate the refund in Stripe:

Outside the 14-day window, our default position is no refund — your license has already been delivered and you've used part of the term. However, we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, for example:

7. Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — almost every dispute can be resolved faster by email. If a chargeback is opened, we will provide Stripe with the order record, license-server logs (license issued, key sent by email at timestamp T, activated on IP X at timestamp U), and the link to this policy.

Fraudulent chargebacks (charge disputed after the license was actively used) may result in permanent revocation of all licenses associated with that email address or payment method.
